　　［摘要］：在現今全球範圍經濟危機情況下，作爲中國模式樣板的東莞不可幸免受到影響。而美泰電子也恰恰是一家典型的東莞模式下的東莞中小企業，面臨寒冬而到底何去何從是擺在面前的一個難題。本文首先分析了美泰電子所面臨的困境以及産生的原因及可能帶來的後果。然後具體闡述了企業所進行的管理創新的變革情況，即企業進行的流程再造和建立學習型企業的變革。然後詳細分析了企業創新的流程再造的內容，原則及方法等，以及建立學習型企業的概念，原則及方法等，及其所取得的效果。最後，確立了在動態下不斷發展的美泰未來之路。

　　［Abstract］：Under such circumstance of current worldwide economic crisis , as the economic pattern of China , the enterprises in Dongguan unavoidable are influenced deeply . The Mei Tai Electronics is justly one of the middle-class enterprises under the Dongguan economic pattern, and it’s a big headache to think how to proceed onwards . Firstly , this paper is trying to analyze its current difficult situation and its possible cause & consequences concerned . Then in details demonstrate the management innovation conducted by Mei Tai , i.e. , the BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) and set-up of learning-oriented organization . Afterwards , the detailed presentation for the contents & principles & methods etc. to set up the BPR are being done . And also the concept & principles & ways etc. for set-up of learning organization are mentioned , altogether with the final achievements produced by those innovation . Finally , the continuous development idea under dynamic changes for Mei Tai is confirmed to be achieved .
